1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of Terranos, including the app, web app, messaging, logistics coordination, optional live transport check-in, profile discovery, and related services.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account credentials, linked identities, and all actions performed from your account.

You must provide accurate and lawful profile, activity, vehicle, pickup, social, and professional-role information and keep it updated.

3. Organizer and participant behavior

Initiators and organizers must publish accurate activity details, including date, route information, trail start, destination, capacity, important deadlines, fees or shared costs, pickup arrangements, and key constraints when applicable.

Participants must communicate responsibly, provide truthful join and logistics information, and follow reasonable safety and coordination instructions for the activity and any transport context they join.

Harassment, hate speech, fraud, impersonation, unsafe coordination, false identity data, and abusive behavior are prohibited.

4. Transport coordination

Transport coordination is facilitated by the app through offers, seat allocation, pickup points, per-vehicle messaging, readiness status, and optional live check-in, but real-world transportation arrangements remain between users.

Drivers are responsible for legal compliance, insurance, technical condition, pickup decisions, boarding decisions, and driving behavior related to their vehicles and transport offers.

Terranos does not provide transport services, is not a transport operator, and does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of GPS, ETA, route, traffic, weather, or other third-party data.

5. Content and licenses

You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit, including text, profile images, activity details, logistics information, comments, chat messages, social links, and media, and you grant Terranos a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the service.

You must not upload content or third-party personal data that violates third-party rights, applicable law, privacy obligations, or platform safety rules.

6. Limitation of liability

Outdoor activities involve inherent risk. Users are responsible for evaluating route difficulty, weather, transport, equipment, accommodation, health, and any other real-world risks before participating.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terranos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user interactions, participation decisions, transport arrangements, accommodation, or user-generated logistics and location signals.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, platform safety rules, or misuse messaging, moderation, logistics, live tracking, or professional-role features.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
